If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will happily replace it for you.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to make alterations.

We offer free shipping on specific bundle deals ! Shop for RS>2000 or more to get free delivery, For standard orders, delivery charges are only Rs. 200. Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.

Payment & Gift Card

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. For a contactless experience, we also accept Direct Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Payment details for online transfers are displayed dynamically during checkout.

Once you have made the transfer, please share a screenshot of the payment receipt along with your Order ID to our official WhatsApp number. Our team will verify it and immediately move your order to processing.

Yes, absolutely! To send a gift, simply enter the recipient’s details in the Shipping Address field and your own details in the Billing Address field. Please note that gift orders must be prepaid via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash before dispatch.
